PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY. BY ADDING, USING, OR INTERACTING WITH THE ARNOLD - GOLD TYCOON DISCORD BOT, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.

1. Introduction & Definitions

1.1. Agreement: This Terms of Service ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and the developer of Arnold - Gold Tycoon ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Arnold - Gold Tycoon Discord bot and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

1.2. Definitions:

• "Bot" refers to the Arnold - Gold Tycoon Discord bot.
• "Service" refers to the Bot, its features, commands, associated data, and the official support Discord server.
• "Discord" refers to the Discord communication platform, its application, and its website.
• "User Content" refers to any content, data, or information you generate or provide through your interaction with the Service, such as command inputs.
• "Virtual Items" refers to all digital goods, including but not limited to in-game currency (e.g., gold), items, power-ups, and any other digital content accessible through the Service.
• "Guild" refers to a Discord server where the Bot has been installed.

2. Acceptance and Modification of Terms

By inviting the Bot to your Guild, executing a command, or otherwise interacting with the Service, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. You also agree to be bound by Discord's own Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a Guild, you represent that you have the authority to bind that Guild to these Terms.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least thirty (30) days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect, typically through an announcement in our official support server. Your continued use of the Service after such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

3. The Service & License

3.1. License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to your compliance with these Terms.

3.2. Service Availability: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The Service's functionality is dependent on the Discord platform, and we are not responsible for any downtime or changes to the Discord API that may affect the Service.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree not to do any of the following in connection with the Service:
